Kathleen Ellen Ames was born on August 10, 1944 to Charles John Ames and Kathryn (Keehn) Ames in Chicago, Illinois.She departed this life peacefully on February 11, 2017.Kathleen was preceded in death by her brother, Charles John Ames, Jr., lovingly referred to as "Jay".She is survived by her daughter, Mary (Scott) Hastings; grandchildren, Shannon and Jacob; sister, Amanda; brother, Patrick (Robin) Ames; and sister-in-law, Peggy Ames.Kathleen loved with all her heart and she cherished her family.
