Obituary of Raymond "Ray" Francis Basten

Raymond "Ray" Francis Basten was born May 17, 1930 in Waukegan, Illinois to William and Cecelia Basten. He died March 9, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Ray was a member of the United States Marine Corps and then went on to become an urban planner for municipal governments. Ray was a longtime Colorado Springs resident. Ray is survived by three sons, Robert Basten, Michael Basten, and James Basten; and a daughter, Paula Prescott.
