Obituary of Ellen Perry Powell

Ellen Perry Powell, 67, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, died on March 16, 2017 in Parker, Colorado. She was a longtime member of The Church at Woodmoor.She was born on September 16, 1949 in Minneapolis, Minnesota the daughter of Col Robert Perry, (USAF) and Priscilla Mae (Bishop) Perry.
