Obituary of Theodore "Theo" Josiah Bullard

Theodore Josiah Bullard was born on November 23, 1957 in Burlington, Vermont. He died on April 19, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado after a battle with multiple cancers.He was the son of Wenda B. Crull of Colorado Springs and the late Reuben L. Bullard.He is survived by his mother, Wenda Crull; his sisters, Valerie Grubb and Maureen (Peter) Christensen of Colorado Springs, and Harlynn R. (Joseph) Ward of Red Lion, Pennsylvania; his foster brother, Eddie Oviedo of Colorado Springs; and many other family and friends."Theo", also known as "Ricky", "Ted", and "Radar", graduated high school in 1976 and entered the Army. He was a Paratrooper with the 509th, and then served in the Army National Guard. He came home to Pennsylvania and became a Teamster working for Preston Trucking Company for almost twenty years.He moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2006 and worked at Sunrise University Park.Theo loved the outdoors, gardening, landscaping, bicycling, history, militaria, Bingo, micro modeling, music, and movies.
