Carol Weege Garrard, age 67, of Elbert County, Colorado, died on May 21, 2017.Carol was born on August 19, 1949 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to George and Frances Weege. She grew up in the Old North End neighborhood called Roswell, attended Corpus Christi School, and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1967. Carol first met Ed Garrard on a blind date a week before her eighteenth birthday and just prior to entering Colorado College. They married on September 4, 1970.
