Obituary of Danion Gill
Danion Gill, 77, died on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was a retired National Steel employee and a member of the United Church of God.Danion was born on January 15, 1940 in McClellan, Arkansas to Thomas Milton and Beddie May (Hampton) Gill.He served in the United States Army at Fort Carson, Colorado, where he met and married his wife of fifty-one years, Janice (Volosin) Gill. In 1972, he was injured in an industrial accident. He was living in Michigan, and he soon after retired in Arkansas. He moved to Colorado Springs in 1987.Danion's life was difficult, but he never lost his faith.
