He is survived by his wife, Terry Reynolds; three sons, Richard (Sharon) Reynolds, Jr., Joseph (Susan) Reynolds, and Mark Reynolds; a daughter, Melissa (Daniel) Janco; a brother, Ed Reynolds; three sisters, Lynn Daily, Janet Bates, and Joyce Rantila; his five grandchildren; and his five great-grandchildren.
