Obituary of Joan Herriott Feiber

Joan Herriott Feiber, age 84, died on July 6, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She worked as a medical assistant, and was a devoted and loving mother.Joan was born on May 23, 1933 in Wagram, Ohio to Scott H. and Hazel V. (Manley) Herriott. She grew up in Etna, Ohio, and attended Etna Elementary and High School, and was even married in the United Brethren Church there. Her love of quilting was known by all who knew her. She is survived by husband of sixty-five years, Layton Feiber. They have three daughters: Marsi (Dennis) Plaunt, Lisa (Joe) Southcott, and Stacey (Mark) Haller. The eleven precious grandchildren and four great-grandchildren were very much loved by her. She is also survived by her sister, Martha Lloyd of Columbus, who was her closest friend all of their lives. Joan is preceded in death by her parents, Hazel and Scott Herriott; brothers, Ralph, Walter, Donald, and Warren; and sister, Goldie.Memorial Service will be 11:00AM, Friday, July 28, 2017 at Glenwood United Methodist Church, 2833 Valleyview Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43204.
