James Moore Schwartz, 81, died on Thursday, August 17, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, he was born on March 3, 1936 to Frank and Alice (Moore) Schwartz.James was a construction business owner and had served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
