Obituary of Lois Elliott-Keith

Lois Elliott-Keith, age 80, entered into the arms of the heavenly angels. Lois was born in Fontana, California, to George W. and Margaret V. Price. Their family lived in California for most of her youngest years. In 1956, she fell in love with her first husband, Dick, and they were married. They soon moved to Colorado where they raised their three children. The family especially enjoyed outdoor activities, including camping, boating, fishing, water skiing and snow skiing. They would often boast that they had gone fishing at every beaver pond in the entire state of Colorado. On their property in Black Forest, there was even a pond that froze in the winter and became the family's personal ice skating rink. Lois loved music and taught herself to play the guitar and banjo. The family's home was filled every day with her beautiful singing voice and guitar playing. After the children grew up and left the nest, they had all the life skills needed to find success in life. Lois' profession for over 50 years was as a real estate professional. She was a successful business woman in other business pursuits. Lois and Dick were married 48 years until he passed away in 2004. Now in her twilight years, Lois never dreamed that she would fall deeply in love for a second time. But that is exactly what happened, and she wed her second husband, Tommy in 2008. All who love Lois and Tommy, know that theirs is one of the most beautiful love stories of all time. Tommy is quick to tell everyone that they never had a single argument.
