Elias Salim Ghrayyeb died on October 31, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.He was born January 1, 1953 in Damascus, Syria. Elias lived and worked in Syria until he immigrated to the United States in 1985, where he settled in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Elias worked for Memorial Hospital for over seventeen years before opening his own painting business.Elias is a father to three wonderful children; Mark, Amber and Amy. He left behind his brother; Jad Ghrayyeb; and his sister Maryam, who resides in Syria. He was always joyful and ready to help anyone in need. Elias is a beloved brother, generous father and loyal friend and will be greatly missed.
