Obituary of Edna "Juanita" Brown
Edna "Juanita" Brown died on December 1, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Juanita, as she was known by most people, was born in Dresden Missouri to P.D. "Perry Dorcey" or "Pete", and Lydia Fidler. She has three sisters; Doris, Shirley, and Lois. Shirley is the only surviving sibling. Juanita and her sisters grew up around Sedalia, Missouri and graduated from Smith-Cotton High School. Juanita was the mother to two rowdy boys, James "Butch" or "Jim", and Stephen "Smokey" Wasson. Later on she added two step-daughters, Connie and Becky Brown.She had moved to San Diego, and after living there for twenty years Juanita retired from Data Graphix. Shortly afterward, she moved to Trinity Center, California with her husband, E.G. "Tiny" Brown. Having lived in Trinity Center for twenty some years, Juanita moved to Colorado Springs after the Lord called her husband home, and there she lived with her son, Smokey, and his wife Donna.Juanita lived in Colorado Springs for nine years, before she gratefully accepted the invitation from her Lord Jesus Christ to come Home.Juanita was a devoted daughter and sister. She was a faithful wife, and a loving mother to all her children. She was a dedicated friend, a prayer warrior, and most importantly a follower and lover of Jesus Christ.
