Obituary of Richard Lovel DeVoe

Richard DeVoe, 79, died February 18, 2018 in Colorado Springs.He was born on January 19, 1939 to Marlin Lovel and Myrtle Agnes (Williamson) DeVoe in Ogden, Utah.Richard was a police officer for the City of Ogden and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Jackie DeVoe; his second wife, Kay DeVoe; daughter, Lavette DeVoe; and three sisters.Richard is survived by his sons, Richard L. (Laura) DeVoe, and Russell (Lauren) DeVoe; daughters, Jodi (Edward) Landfair, and Diane DeVoe; his four sisters; one brother; twelve grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
