Obituary of Claudia Sanitz

Claudia Sanitz, 54, died on April 10, 2018.She was born in Rohrbach, Germany on April 3, 1964 to Rudolf and Margarete (Nitsch) Velten-Jakobi.A longtime resident of Colorado Springs, Claudia was a homemaker and also worked as a machinist. She loved knitting, NASCAR, and football, especially rooting for the Houston Texans. Country music was her favorite, and she always enjoyed country music concerts. Claudia was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolf and Margarete Velten-Jakobi.She is survived by her companion, Dwayne Lindoerfer; a daughter, Jennifer Sanitz; two brothers, Markus Velten-Jakobi, and Lutz Velten-Jakobi; a sister, Rita Leskien; and her grandson, Landyn Sanitz.
