Obituary of Phyllis Ann Lepak

Phyllis Lepak, 78, died April 28, 2018 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born to Phillip and Jayne Senger on June 11, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois.Phyllis was a homemaker, and a longtime Colorado Springs resident. She is preceded in death by her husband, James P. Lepak.Phyllis is survived by sons, Randy (Marla) Novak, and Todd Novak; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
