Hi Zahki. Everyone misses you alot. School isn't the same without you. Even though i didn't know you alot, i could tell that you were the nicest person that i knew. I remember my friend taylor talking about you and i believe thats how i met you. You were a really great friend and very kind too. You are that person with the most kind heart and a very generous kid. When i found out that you had passed away I was shocked and very sad. We have all stayed strong and remembered you so much. I knew Zahki from elementary school and I remember he was one of the best people you could've known, he was the nicest person that everyone admired and wanted to be friends with. Every teacher we ever had loved him because he was such a good person. He had a pure heart and didn't deserve to be taken. I remember him being the most optimistic and happy person. He impacted people in the best way, he made them happy by simply being happy himself.

I was one of Zahki's classmates that he sat next to and one of his best friend's. We used to talk about everything, and he was one of my first friends at the beginning of the year. After we first talked we told each other everything. He was so kind and funny toward everyone. I never once saw him be rude or hurtful toward other's. I wish I said good bye to him on the last day of school. But, never happened. And if it did, I would tell him how much he meant to everyone including me. Zahki......tomorrow will mark 2 years since that day. I think of you often, I reflect on the years that I would see you around Grant, always with the happy expression that only a child possess. I cannot believe it has been 2 years without you. We miss you everyday and heaven truly gained one of the kindest angles. You always brought light to a room and never stopped smiling. You had the brightest smile through it all. I remember sitting next to you the last quarter in Mrs. Miller's class. I always loved talking to you and listening to your stories and laughing with you. I'm so sorry for your loss. My daughter Jordyn went to Grant with Zahki and was in every class with him from 1st-5th.
