Obituary of Janice Ruth Rose

Janice Ruth Rose, 73, died on October 1, 2018 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born on May 23, 1945 to Herbert John and Erna Augusta (Clara) Hornbostel in Deshler, Nebraska.Janice worked as a devoted Registered Nurse. She loved being outside and enjoyed many outdoor activities such as gardening, watching wildlife, feeding the birds, and sitting in front of a fire on a cold night. Janice also enjoyed counted cross-stitching and she loved her dog, Zach. Janice was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.She is survived by her loving husband, Allen Rose; her two daughters, Amy Rose and Susan (Rodney) Trusdle; three grandsons, Brandon Rose, Logan Trusdle, and Jacob Trusdle; three granddaughters, Asha Rose, Alexis (Nahshon) Bobonagua, and Alivea Rose; and her brother, Jim (Janet) Hornbostel.Memorial Service, 10:00AM, Wednesday, October 10, 2018, Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4125 Constitution Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
