Obituary of O. B. Vonner

O.B. Vonner, 88, died November 14, 2018 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.He was born May 30, 1930 in Milan, Tennessee to Willie and Jennifer Vonner.O.B. served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He worked at the airport as a City of Colorado Springs employee, and retired after thirty-two years. O.B. was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he enjoyed making BBQ sauce. He was a proud husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather. O.B. was a well-loved member of his family, and a generous man.He is preceded in death by his parents.O.B. is survived by his wife, Edith Vonner; son, Ricky Vonner; grandson, Darrell Haliburton; granddaughters, Darius Rossy, Dawn Haliburton-Craig; and several great-grandchildren.Memorial Service, 2:00PM, Friday, November 30, 2018, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
