Obituary of Spencer Allen McCormick, Sr.

Spencer Allen McCormick, Sr., age 79, was called home on November 18, 2018. He was born on April 24, 1939 in Idabel, Oklahoma, and passed away in Falcon, Colorado, surrounded by his family.He was a resident of Niagara, Wisconsin for most of his life and retired from the Niagara Public School District in 1999. He was a devoted father and husband, a Dallas Cowboys fan since the team was founded (not easy living in Niagara), an avid golfer, a member of the Norway Evangelical Covenant Church, an accomplished harmonica player, and a dedicated friend of Bill W. for over 26 years.Spencer is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marion; two sons, Spencer Allen, Jr. and Robert (Cathy); two brothers, Emmit (Billie) and Bill (Brenda); five grandchildren, Elizabeth (Mike) Curry, Matthew (Sasha) Baker, Jessica (Steven Littiebrant) McCormick, Michael Lorsdorf, and Justin McCormick; and five great-grandchildren, Katelyn Baker, Tegan Sewald, Sean Curry, Jordan Curry, and Ian Baker.Memorial Service, 1:00PM, Friday, November 23, 11758 Rio Secco Road, Peyton, Colorado, 80831.Inurnment, Wednesday, April 24, 2019, Niagara Cemetery, Niagara, Wisconsin.
