Reinaldo Alcides Blake Levy, 68, died March 7, 2019 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.He was born September 27, 1950 in Panama to Neville Lewellyn and Elein Gertrude (Blake) Levy.Ray was born and raised in Panama City, Panama.� He married Carlene May Knowel Levy and was a loving devoted father. He was a retired SGT of the United States Army, worked as a welder in the Army, and he obtained his citizenship while serving. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.He is survived by his loving wife, Carlene May Knowel Levy; daughters, Jaqueline (John) Constance, Michelle (Fred) Chumley, Irichel (Dave) Matthews and Carolyn Levy; son, Rene (Carol) Levy; and ten grandchildren, Charlie, Christian, Brianna, Fred Jr., Jasmine, Annalisa, Adrian, Layanna, Tavion and Taneya; and one great-grandbaby, Isaac Marquis.Dear Brother, It's so sad to see you go, however I know you're in GOD'S care and in good company in your new eternal home.
