Obituary of James Kenneth "JJ" Polk, Jr.

On May 29, 2019, God called JJ to his heavenly home. Three days after the Christmas of 1986, God sent forth a child from Heaven and laid him in the arms of James & SunCha Polk.�This blessing yielded yet another child from the third generation of Mr. and Mrs. R.L. & Johnnie Mae Polk.James was a Mechanical Engineer in the Aerospace industry.Full of life and an enthusiasm for music, JJ touched all that knew him.�He possessed an innate ability to make others laugh and to genuinely appreciate being close to him. The ultimate love of his life was his one and only son, Kingston James. He left behind to cherish his memories his father and mother, James and SunCha Polk; his son, Kingston James; Kingston's mother, Megan Beams; his special friend, Lauren Craig; two half brothers, Fredrick and Frank Weathers; four aunts, Dorothy Wilson, Ida Willis, Jewel Polk, and Kim Un Ja; six uncles, Robert Polk, L.W. Polk, Johnny B.
