Obituary of Christopher Lee Parr
On Sunday, June 23, 2019, Christopher�"Chris"�Lee Parr, loving husband and father�of four children, passed away in his home at the age of 41.�Chris, a lifelong resident of Colorado,�was born on August 17, 1977 in Pueblo, Colorado to Robert and Angela (DiLuzio) Parr.�He�graduated�from Pueblo South High School in 1996 and�received his degree�in Civil Engineering�from the University of Southern Colorado in 2001.�Chris met Jodie,�the love of his life,�in 2000 and�they would have celebrated 15 years of marriage�on�July�4th�of this year.�Together, through hard work and tenacity,�he�and his wife created their business, Parr Engineering and Consulting, Inc. where Chris led a team of�engineers, supporting the needs of the Colorado Springs and Monument areas for 13 years. �Apart from managing his company, Chris was an esteemed member of the motocross racing� community, where he developed cherished friendships.�Described as friendly and outgoing, he cared deeply for his family and friends. He was a great�guy;�whose life shined a bright light in the lives of everyone he met; always donning his catching smile which lifted everyone's spirit. His love for adventure naturally extended to his children's lives, where he cherished his role as a father. He was preceded in death by his grandparents,�Sylvester�and�Rose Parr;�and�his�grandfather, Joseph DiLuzio.�Chris is survived by his wife, Jodie Parr;�daughters, Jenna and Julia McCarthy;�sons, Ryder and River Parr; parents, Robert�and Angela�Parr; sister, Carey (Greg) Moreschini; nephews, Jarek and Jaydon Moreschini;�aunt,�Shirley Parr;�grandmother,�Florence DiLuzio;�and�mother and father-in-law, Marlene and John Haack.�Ride hard Chris, until we meet again.Memorial Service, 2:00PM, Sunday, June 30, 2019, Rocky Mountain Calvary Church, 4285 North Academy Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918.Contributions in Chris' memory may be made to help comfort the family during this difficult time at https://mealtrain.com/gwom6l
