Arloine Colleen Barker, 67, died August 30, 2019 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born October 17, 1951 to James and Marceda Sylvia (Clyborne) Terry in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Arloine was a respiratory therapist.She is survived by her husband, Frank Alvin Barker; daughter, Charity Joy Smallwood; son, Walter Omar Egger; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Denise Lamb and Candy Ballew.
