Obituary of Hilda Klara Shatto

Hilda Klara Shatto, 83, died August 31, 2019 in Greeley, Colorado. She was a resident of Security, Colorado.She was born November 15, 1935 and grew up in Linz on Donau, Austria where she also met and married the love of her life, James Edgar Shatto on April 9, 1957. Hilda loved her husband with all her heart.Loving Mom, Faithful Wife, and the Best Cook ever. We all loved her apple strudel, apricot fruit dumplings, goulash, meat dumplings "Hascheeknodel", and so much more. Hilda always worried about others before herself, and made sure they were taken care of. Her smile was contagious and feistiness immense.She is preceded in death by her parents, father, Franz Radler and mother, Aloisia (Springer) Radler; her brother, Erich Radler; her husband, James Edgar Shatto; and great-grandson, Miles Tucker Lopez.Hilda is survived by her sons, Karl H. Shatto, Gunter F. (Patricia L.) Shatto and James E. Shatto, Jr.; daughter, Sharlene K. (James W.) Horton; grandchildren, Joshua J. Horton, Amber N. (Guillermo P.) Lopez and Hannah E. Shatto; and great-grandchild, Henley P. Lopez.
