Robert L. Edge of Colorado Springs passed on Sunday, September 1, 2019. He was 80 years young from Pasadena, California.A devoted husband to Christeena Briley since 1966. Loving father of Robert Jr, Mejeal, Terry, Romie, Torren; eleven grand-kids; and two great-grand-kids.He studied Business Management at Pikes Peak Community College and Regis College in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Robert, a retired veteran, dedicated 25 years in the Army. He supervised from 20 to 108 enlisted personnel in the area of Records Management, Personnel Management, Finance, Mailroom Procedures, Vocational Counseling, Administration, Legal, Social, Public and Marital Relations. He was awarded the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medals, Good Conduct Awards, Army Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Medals, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm Unit Citation, Campaign Stars, Overseas Medals, Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 device. "Bubba", as many knew him, a Distribution Clerk for 18 years with the United States Postal Service. He was a loving soul, with a unique gift to bring laughter to all he encountered.
