Obituary of Donna Louise Robino

Donna Robino, 88, of La Veta, Colorado, passed away on November 6, 2019 in Colorado Springs.Donna was born in La Veta, Colorado to Lila and Proctor Hayes on May 14, 1931.Donna met her husband, Albert Robino, in the first grade. She married Albert on May 18, 1952 at Christ the King Church in La Veta, Colorado. A spirited�mother and homemaker, Donna�was a�wonderful�seamstress, cook and baker. She enjoyed spending time with family and a good margarita.Donna is preceded in death by her mother and father, Lila and Proctor Hayes; younger brother, Paul Hayes; as well as her grandson, Blake Kouri. Donna is survived by her husband, Albert Robino; three children, Mike (Diane) Robino, Michelle (Richard) Kouri and Robyn (Thomas) Robino-Krupp; six grandchildren, Jeff Robino, Jason Robino, Grant Kouri, Nadia Kouri, Gabrielle Krupp and Francesca Krupp; four great-grandchildren, Cody Robino, Caleb Robino, Creiden Robino and Liam Robino; and two great-great-grandchildren, Kyren Robino and Adalynne Robino.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donna's memory may be made to the National Forest Foundation.
