Today November 25, 2019 will be a day I hold in my mind for the rest of my Earthly life. My dear daughter Jean Marie, your daddy always loved you from your first ride on your pink sneaker till you jumped out of an airplane in Sebastian Florida. Although my heart will have a huge void in it for the rest of my life I pray that you have found the peace that you have always been looking for. This may sound strange but I like being the keeper of an object that either belonged to someone or was gifted to me by them. Be it a favorite necklace from my mom, a stylish top from my sisters I received on my birthday many years ago, a shirt that belongs to my guy. So I asked myself, do I have something of Jean's that will remind me of her, that I can wear or hold so I can bring forth wonderful memories? I was sad because I didn't have such a thing. Then it hit me. On her visit here in Florida this past year, one of the places I took Adam and Jean to was the Westshore Mall in Tampa, where one of the stores we shopped at was Old Navy. She bought, then gifted me these fun sandals. It made me so happy and uplifted I now wear them as much as I can, reminding me of our beautiful friendship and the fun time we had when Adam and Jean visited me in Florida. It truly is helping me with the healing process, but better yet, keeping her memory alive. :) See ya one day in Heaven Ms. Jean! I'll try to somehow bring these with me so we can take a walk on God's beach together.

Jean I so happy when I found out that Adam found a girl! And remember the day I met you thinking what a sweetheart he found. I was so happy to get to know you through yoga. Getting to know you confirmed my first impression of you. And I could see how much Adam loved you. I was so excited for Eli to be born and so happy that you and Adam included me in his life and to be able to help watch him. It allowed me to get to know you better. You are a blessing to me in how you would reach out to me in what ever I was going through. I loved being involved with your sweet family. Know that I'm going to be there for them when they need me. I know you'll be looking down from heaven watching over them as their sweet angel. I love you Jean and will always think of you when I I am with sweet Eli.

Jean, I love you so very much. I wish I had my old phone with a picture of us from small group! You were always there for me. You always prayed with me and I loved praying with and for you. Thank you for all the memories and time we spent talking about our wants and dreams and being there during my many heartbreaks. I'm so beyond happy you met Adam and had Eli! What we had was special. I started getting sick and unable to physically be at your wedding and baby shower. I love you so much and know you're no longer in pain. While it's hard to process and will take a while, I know you're with Jesus and beloved family and friends. I promise to be there for Adam and Eli as he grows up. Love you so much my dear friend!
