Obituary of Marco Antonio Luzanilla

On Tuesday, November 19, 2019, Marco Antonio Luzanilla, loving husband and partner of twenty-eight years and father of four children, passed away suddenly at the age of 46 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Marco was born the youngest of six children on April 12, 1973, in Los Angeles, California. He married his teenage sweetheart, Helen, in California, and had three sons, Marc, Issac, and Jacob. The family moved to Arizona, where Marco joined the military in 2010. In 2011, the family was stationed in Alaska and Marco was deployed to Afghanistan, serving his country honorably as an Army Combat Medic. He arrived home just in time for daughter, Lily, to be born. In 2014, the family was finally stationed in Colorado, and his military service ended in 2015.�Marco enjoyed working on his cars and worked at a local body shop in Colorado Springs at the time of his passing. He was a bigger Dallas Cowboys fan than most people from Texas would be. There was never a dull moment around Marco and he was always fun to be around. Marco enjoyed being the family clown, making everyone laugh with his jokes and sarcasm. Marco knew that family was more important than anything, and he sacrificed so much for the good of his family.
