Sandy was not only my cousin, but one of my best friends growing up. You see, we all grew up together in East Clinton...the Housenga's and Nagel's....all cousins, and we did stuff together. Ice skating on the pond, sitting at the "time tunnel", chasing the caboose on the train yelling "flare" hoping they would throw a glare out to us, weinie roasts and fish frys, sleep overs and Sunday morning "coffee" and cookies at grandma and grandpa Housengas, sunday baseball games at the Nagels (sandy and I were always the last to be picked on a team because we were youngest girls), running after Alberts car as he was on his way to his shack down the road with tons of candy for us all. There are so many great memories with my beautiful cousin. RIP Sandy

I remember Sandy as a very strong hard working person. She was always busy with something. I enjoyed her sense of humor and her beautiful smile. She was also a very caring person. I loved the way she always called my Mom to see how she was doing. My thoughts and prays are with her lovely daughters whom she loved dearly.

Some of my fondest memories of Sandy are of her coming into our shop. She was always excited when she found a deal. She gave the best hugs ever! Her daughters inherited that from her. From the moment I met Sandy I knew I would always consider her family. I will miss you always.
