Obituary of Josephine Delia Cisco Richardson

Josephine Delia Cisco Richardson, daughter of the late Elmer Cisco and Josephine Far was born in New York, New York on August 11, 1943. She went to be with the Lord Monday night, January 20, 2020.Josephine lived most of her life in Portsmouth, Virginia, relocating to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1996 to be near her daughter. She became a member of Church For All Nations and serviced faithfully as an Usher and on the Prayer Team. She lived her life for our Lord and Savior and bold was in her acknowledgment of Him!She is survived by her daughter, Jacquelyn V. Springs of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sons, Charles B. Richardson, III of Jacksonville, Florida and Joseph E. Richardson of Maricopa, Arizona; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles, Joseph, William, Richard, Frank, Julius and John; sisters, Lillian, Rosemary, Edith, Patricia, and Theresa; step-sisters, Bernadette and Charlotte; step-brothers, Elmer, Irving and Orinthian; son-in-law, Charles M.
