Obituary of Stanley "Stan" John Kaskalavich
Stanley "Stan" John Kaskalavich, 63, died January 20, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born November 29, 1956 in Stuttgart, Germany to Walter Felix and Genorah Gertrude (Atkinson) Kaskalavich. Stan was a maintenance employee at Peak View Apartments. He was a great man who loved his family and friends tremendously, he loved the Broncos and to go fishing, and he loved to joke and laugh. Stan was a happy hearted, kind man who would give anyone the shirt off of his back. He truly had a heart of gold that we will all greatly miss! We know he is looking down on us with a smile, but we all know he is in a better place. We suffer here on earth because we physically don't have him with us, but in all reality if you knew Stan, he is always with you and he left such a huge impression on everyone he has met. I know he would want us to be happy because he isn't suffering anymore. He never left without saying I love you and everyone should know, with the size of that man's heart, that he loved us all. We never say goodbye because we will all see each other again someday soon. He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Felix and Genorah Gertrude Kaskalavich; his brother, Walt, Jr.; and his sister, Valerie Gray. Stan is survived by his significant other, Cheryl Ann Gray; sister, Mary Wigglesworth; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services Pending. The family, with gratitude, requests contributions to assist with funeral expenses, which can be made directly to The Springs Funeral Services. Online payments may be made through the payment center on the website.
