Obituary of Suzana Harrold

Suzana (Burek) Harrold, age 46, passed away peacefully February 4, 2020 at her home in Colorado Springs surrounded by her loving husband, James Harold, of twenty-three years and her parents. She was born June 4, 1973 in Forchheim, Germany to her parents, Dragutin and Stefica who had immigrated to Germany in 1969 from Croatia. Suzana lived in her younger years in beautiful Bavaria, Germany. She was educated in Forchheim's "Volksschule" and "Realschule" from 1979 to 1989. Suzana worked various jobs throughout her short life. She apprenticed in sales at C & A. She worked as technical support at Siemens, as support staff for the Army in Grafenwoehr, Germany, and many years as Registrar for Penrad Imaging in Colorado Springs until August 2018, when she had to face the tough reality of her cancer sickness. Suzana met James Harold, fell in love, married him in 1997 and went back with him in 2005 to Colorado Springs, Colorado where she lived until her passing. Suzana was a dedicated mother to her two daughters, Michelle Harrold (born 1998) and Kristina Harrold (born 1999). She treasured her children and loved her cute little grandson, Luka Harrold (born 2019).
