Obituary of Eileen Theresa Holly

Eileen Theresa Holly passed on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at New Day Cottages, Colorado Springs, Colorado with family by her side. She was born on November 11, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois. Eileen lived most of her life in the Chicagoland area and moved to Colorado a year ago as her health declined. She attended St. Patrick's church in Colorado Springs.She is preceded in death by her son, John Holly. Eileen is survived by her son, Michael (Nancy) Holly; daughters, Lisa (Tom) Sheehy and Laura (David) Silha; nine grandchildren, Aubree Holly (Mike Balsamo), Kailee Holly, Sydnee Holly, Connor Holly, Kevin Sheehy, Caitlin (Robert) Goff, Courtney Silha, Marty Silha and Erin Silha; four great-grandchildren, Liam Anderson, Teagan Goff, Taylor Goff and Lincoln Goff; and devoted friends, Marsha Dudnick and Gary Fernandez. A special thank you to New Day Cottages staff, whose patience, warmth and compassion are most appreciated. Sincere gratitude to Ernie and Sydney Rodriguez for nurturing Eileen's spiritual life and your genuine acts of kindness.
