I am listening to your 1994 Christmas tape today. Love hearing your voice and the music from 30 years ago. Seems like only yesterday. See ya down the road.....

Mark and I met through Don Jordan in 1971 when Mark was in High School at Coronado and I was at St. Mary's. The 3 of us met on many occasions to attend High School hockey games and other events. After Mark transferred from Wayne State to Colorado State in Fort Collins we all 3 reconnected and spent time in Fort Collins. I always enjoyed getting together with Mark in Fort Collins or Colorado Springs. Mark had great experiences to share and was a really friendly and fun person to be with. I felt a special bond with Mark as we both cared for our Mothers and have a great devotion to that mission. Our Mothers met at different times over the years from 1971 to present. Mark's Mom lived into her 90s and my Mom just celebrated her 100th. Mark had so much devotion to his Mom that was clearly evident each time we got together for and Air Force vs. CSU football game or just to have lunch and talk about our Mom's. We last had lunch just a few days before Mark's accident in California. Mark we could not make your services in person but I know you could see me and my Mom wishing you piece via YouTube. Like you I am so blessed to be able to share our Mom's experiences into their 90's and 100's. Looking forwarding to continuing your friendship eternally if God willing I am able to join you in heaven. Rest In Peace you will be missed with many fond memories.

I met Mark when we both juniors at Coronado high school. He lived just down the street from me. We reconnected at CSU where he transferred to after attending Wayne State. We then roomed together our senior year. He was a groomsman at my wedding two years later. I went into the Air Force and we reconnected on a few occassions over my 20 year stint un the military. We reconnected again when i moved back to Colorado in 2000. In 2019 we rode 1400 miles to the black hills for the Shark rally. It was awesome. We were planning on orher rides for 2020 but of course this did not come to pass. He would periodically send pictures of riding his bike or motorcycle to mountain location in a snowstorm or drop off a CD of music he though i might like. Always living life to it's fullest. I miss you buddy. Don Jordan

I met Mark and mom Lucille over the fence at Pioneer Park, where I asked them if I could buy the house on Friendship Lane. The next spring it happened and I remained friends with them. Mark cared deeply for his mom, and always made sure she was well. I always enjoyed talking to Mark! He was a kind person. RIP Mark Chrisy Meares

Mark and I met on a earring February day in 2014. We all met up as Road Glide owners , members of the Shark Nation, to sign the Shark Flag as it made its wY around the continent. We would later tag up to discuss rides her in the Rocky Mountains and meet up for short rides between Denver and Colorado Springs. Mark was easy to spot on that Bumble Bee Shark even when we passed going in opposite directions ( probably a little faster than we should) . We always worked to pull the "High Country Sharks" together and laugh at the lowlanders as they rode our backyard. Fair winds and following seas brother. Just make certain the roads are smooth for us.
