Inge Luise Carey, 85, died March 1, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born August 13, 1934 to Max Karl and Johanna (Fischer) Schmidt in Idar-Oberstein, Germany.Inge was a homemaker.She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Carey; and her parents.Inge is survived by her daughters, Stephanie McCloy and Patricia Thayer; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Ursula Staiger; several nieces and nephews; and her cousin, Klaus Meng.
