Obituary of Kent Griffin
Kent Griffin passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. After a long battle with lung disease he was called home to heaven on Sunday morning, March 8, 2020. He was raised in Englewood, Colorado and raised his family in Aurora, Colorado. Kent has resided in Colorado Springs for the past twenty-two years. Before his retirement, he worked as a general contractor and a water operator. His passions included his grandchildren, restoring cars, and spending time with his three horses and six grand-dogs. Kent was a kind, gentle man who was loved by all who knew him.Kent is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Kathy; daughter, Kolette (Jeff); son, Kyle (Kim); brother, Bernie (Laura); six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Memorial Mass, 10:00AM, Thursday, March 12, 2020, St. Peter Catholic Church, 55 Jefferson Street, Monument, Colorado 80132.
