She was born February 28, 1947 in Hooper, Nebraska to Ladislow and Alma Antonia (Sedlacek) Vacha.Carol was a bank teller.She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Speer; son, Scott Speer; granddaughter, Makena Speer; sister, Pat; and brother, Alvin Vacha.
