We had the pleasure to live next door to Dave and Carolyn for the past 36. We were really just kids when we moved in. David was like father to us. He was always helping with things we couldn't afford to fix or didn't know how to at the time. He would come over in the middle of the night in zero degree weather to lite a furnace, fix a washing machine and taught us many things as we grew into parenthood. Carolyn and Dave are also God Parents to 3 of our four children and always reminded us how to be faithful to God. I know we are better humans to have know Dave and will always remember his kindness. Dave was a strong, kind, quiet, hardworking, honest, caring family man. He lived a simple life and loved his family deeply. He worked harder than any husband/father I know. I always admired how much he loved and cherished Carolyn. Not many men left out there as good as Dave and I know I'm the lucky one to have known him for the past 36 years. He will forever be in our hearts!
