She was born March 24, 1938 in Quito, Ecuador to Alfonzo Victor and Isabel (Erazo) Del Hierro.Rosario was a nutritional teacher.She is preceded in death by her husband; and her parents. Rosario is survived by her sons, Oscar (Erin Virgil) Zambrano, Freddy (Viviana) Del Hierro and Edwin (Germania) Del Hierro; and grandchildren, Brian Zambrano, Michael Zambrano, Anahi Zambrano, Kendall Zambrano, Madelyn Zambrano, Annie Del Hierro, Daniel Del Hierro, Diana, Jessica Del Hierro, Michelle Del Hierro and Briana Del Hierro.
