Margaret Mary Burns Macleay, 88, died August 14, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born August 2, 1932 in New York, New York to William and Mary Margaret (Degen) Burns.Peggy was a teacher in the educational system.She is preceded in death by her parents.Peggy is survived by her husband, Lachlan Macleay; her sons, Lachlan (Kai) Macleay, Jr. and Douglas Scott Macleay; her stepdaughter, Mary Jane (Wayne) Kellenbence; her stepsons, Gregory James (Nancy) Van Valkenburg, Scott Williams (Wendy) Van Valkenburg, and Michael Edward Van Valkenburg; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, plus one on the way; and her eight great-great-grandchildren.
