Obituary of Donna Elaine Rhoades

Donna Elaine (Wertz) Rhoades, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on September 7, 2020 in Colorado Springs at the age of 70 years.She was born June 16, 1950 in Long Island, New York in Nassau County and was raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She graduated from Mitchell High School.Donna loved playing the piano, planting flowers, and she enjoyed cars. She was a kind and loving mother and grandmother.She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack "Dusty" Darrel Rhoades; and her parents, Carl and Virginia (Shonts) Wertz.Donna is survived by her three sons, Darrel (Juli) Rhoades, Jack Rhoades, and Carl Rhoades; four grandchildren, Tiahna (Aaron) Schoeszler, Christian (Selena) Riel, Dustin Rhoades, and Leo Rhoades; three great-grandchildren, Aaron D. Schoeszler, Tyson McGuire, and Demarius Riel; and her sister, Judy (Donald) Commander.
