Mrs. Cathy Kearny was a great O&M Instructor who really cared about her students, her colleagues, and always had a really good attitude. when I was a CSDB student and when i went to the Technology and O&M Week Long Summer Program, I remember when Mrs. Kearny was our orientation and mobility teacher for the first few days of our time at the program! I do remember we did lots of great outings that were provided. Of course, we did take the city bus as well. One of my favorite memories was going to downtown Colorado Springs, going to Mrs. Fields cookies, the Citadel Mall, and the whole 9 yards. I remember I was so new to colorado Springs during that time and it was so much fun as far as positive experiences go. Mrs Kearny, you were such a great person, you will be greatly missed, and hope you are in a better place with no pain.
