I just can't believe you're gone, it doesn't seen real at all and my heart hurts that we didn't really get to say goodbye. I have so many memories that I will never forget. They will always make me smile. One is of the day before my mom passed away, the two of you danced in the living room to one of her favorite songs. She always loved you , she knew your heart . Another is that day the hot apple pie spilled all over the floor of my car. You grabbed a piece with your hand and started eating the pieces that hadn't touched the floor . You made me laugh all the time. We didn't always see eye to eye and there were times we'd have an argument but you'd smear your sweaty face all over my forehead to lighten the mood. You were family to all of us thru thick and thin. I hope you knew that you are loved by all of us. You left way to soon but we will remember you forever. Love you!! maga

Lalos was always the cool cousin that took us all under his wing. He always made us laugh and if ever you were in your feelings around him he would make you laugh at yourself. I remember him turning donuts in the street in front of grandmas house, climbing trees and just being the fun person. I love you primo. Smile down on us and tell Roger and Grandma hi, we miss them. There are so many memories I have that will forever make my heart smile. I remember one time we were kicking back and I had to leave. Lalos was organizing a garage for someone. I called him on my way back to see what he wanted me to pick up for lunch. He started coughing out of control. It started to worry me because he couldn't catch his breath. I told him if he didn't answer me I was going to call 911! He finally was ok and started to talk to me. I asked him what happened and he said he opened a can of bear repellent! We laughed about that for so long. He always made me laugh, always made my heart smile. You already know I love you La. No matter what I will always love you. You are my best friend and I definitely will miss your random phone calls and surprise visits. Rest in peace friend. Ill see you again.

Lalos, I cannot describe how so very much this hurts... You've been one of my best friends for more than half of my life and I'm not really sure how life is supposed to just continue on without you... This memory is from the morning of the 19th of October 2020. Lalos came by my apartment to use the restroom on his way to his side job. He was in a huge rush when he came in, lol. Just zoomed right by me and into the restroom. But when he came out, he told me stories of his grandchildren , and how he had a fresh look on life being given another chance after Cancer. He told me that one of his grand daughters was a head strong little girl that was going to keep him a busy man for many years(haha) His eyes were so serious and full of love. He also told me that he wanted to get his daughter a really nice honeymoon. And he was so proud to be here for her wedding and to watch her become her own person. He loves his mom and all his family so much. It's what he talked of most when I was around him. My friend , I know you still hear us and feel our love. I know you didnt mean to go, but since you did please take with you the knowledge that nobody can ever take your place. You were a once in a lifetime kind of friend. I miss you terribly but wish you great travels into the heavens. Ride Free my friend the honor was all mine thank you so much.
