Obituary of Lynn Elizabeth King

Loving daughter and sister, Lynn Elizabeth King, 59, was born April 6, 1961, in Denver, Colorado, and died on November 7, 2020, in Silver Cliff, Colorado.A graduate of Machebeuf High School, Lynn went on to pursue an education in the arts and various trade occupations. Her passion for arts and crafts was primarily exhibited in stained glass and beadwork, which revealed her creative talent.Lynn has been preceded in death by her mother and father, Joan D. and Robert W. King of Denver, Colorado. She is survived by her brother, David King of Castle Rock, Colorado.Lynn lived a life full of adventure and exploration in Texas and Louisiana before returning to her beloved Colorado. She nurtured many rich friendships and loved nothing better than the exhilaration of shared motorcycle rides and spending quality time with friends and her dogs.A passionate dog owner, Lynn was active in Colorado Pug Rescue. The time, energy, and love she devoted to her own four dogs were richly returned. The pugs, Dobby, Deja Vu, Bon Chien, and the Great Dane / Mastiff, Daenyrus, her stability service dog, have all been placed in new homes thanks to Wet Mountain Animal Welfare.Memorial contributions in Lynn's memory may be made to Wet Mountain Animal Welfare www.wetmountainanimalwelfare.org and Colorado Pug Rescue www.copugrescue.org
