Shannon Michelle Stiewert-Hurtado, 49, died November 18, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born August 25, 1971 in Lubbock, Texas to Delbert Wallace, Sr. and Beatrice Olga (Santacruz) Stiewert.Shannon was an office manager for a translation company.She was the most loving person to friends and strangers, and loved her family very much. Shannon was the epitome of what a woman should be and was a fighter. She was loved.Shannon is survived by her husband, Mark Anthony Hurtado; daughter, Courteney Briann Hurtado of Colorado Springs; son, Marcus Ryan (Cheyenne) Hurtado of Colorado Springs; her parents; and her brother, Delbert Wallace Stiewert, Jr. of Colorado Springs.
