Obituary of Linda Kay Mattes

Linda Kay (Monacelli) Mattes, 70, of Colorado Springs passed away on November 27, 2020. She was born to Vincent and Donna Monacelli.Linda was a housewife and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She had lots of hobbies and loved camping, knitting, making cards and crafts. She also enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent Monacelli, Sr. and Donna Woods Monacelli; sister, Kim Egan; brother, Patrick Monacelli; and niece, Ashley Egan.Linda is survived by her husband of fifty years, Dave Mattes; daughters, Hoyle (Rickey) Walls of Doddridge, Arkansas, Gina (Chris) Oatson of Colorado Springs, and Dana Brown (Mark) of Colorado Springs; son, David (Brittany) Mattes of Colorado Springs; brother, Vincent Monacelli, Jr. of Hibbing, Minnesota; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.Services will be held at a later date.
