On Monday, December 7, 2020, Larisa Botvinik, loving mother and grandmother, passed away at age 82.Larisa was born on February 2, 1938 in Odessa, USSR. She married Grigory Botvinik and raised two sons, Alex and Florian. The family immigrated to the United States in 1978, where Larisa worked in the insurance industry in both Chicago, Illinois and San Diego, California.Larisa had a passion�for life, loved to travel, and was an avid movie lover. She was known for her infectious smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit.Larisa was preceded in death by her husband, Grigory.� She is survived by her two children, Alex and Florian; and three grandchildren, Michael, Julia and Jessica.
