Obituary of Frances "Elaine" Maloney

Frances Elaine Maloney, 79, died December 15, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born July 28, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to Earl LeRoy and Viola Genevieve (Medland) Walston.Elaine was very devoted to her family. She was a very involved mother and loved her grandchildren dearly. She was creative and enjoyed doing interior design as well as playing board games. Elaine had the gift of talking and made friends with anybody. Everybody loved her. She attended Calvary Chapel in Fountain and was very solid in her faith.Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, John James Maloney; and her parents, Earl and Viola Walston.She is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Lee (Nathan) Eaves of Colorado Springs, Robin Lee (Chris) Larscheid of Colorado Springs, and Lori Ann Osman of Black Forest, Colorado; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Lois Ann Farrell of Streamwood, Illinois.A private Funeral Service will be held at 1:00PM, Monday, December 28, 2020.Interment, Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 Hancock Expressway, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.
