I met Robin and Steve 4 Christmas's ago. Due to her genuine love of Christmas, I was hired to decorate their house and tree!!! I truly enjoyed our brief time together as it brought her peace during such challenging times. Her collection was phenomenal and told an amazing story of her past. This year, I was not called upon. Saddened to hear of her passing, but elated at the same time. You can tell allot from someone's house and trust I'm right in knowing, just how difficult it was for her to not be engaged in all that she had done throughout her life. Patient, kind, strong and beautiful. May she soar with the angels! Much love to Steve and family. May you also find peace.

Hi my name is Kathy "White Dove". I feel so very blessed to have had Robin in my life. I'm not sure if Robin & I found each other through her daughter Miranda or through Lynn our hairstylist. I just know that when Robin & I would connect up we both felt so blessed to have found each other. Robin, now that your Spirit is free u can continue being that "Shinning Star" guiding us all as one of our "Angels in Heaven". Sending Love From Above To Robin's Family & Blessings To All...Kathy "White Dove"...

Where do I begin? I was honored to work under Robin in my 20's. She was a leader, a mentor and a friend. She shared her family, she shared her values and she shared her kindness. Robin was amazing and truly got me where I am today. I do remember the day David and I were in her office chatting about work during my morning break and Robin walked in ANGRY threw her briefcase, it hit the wall above me, fell in my lap, I put it in the chair and hauled out of there. Later she apologized but could not do it with a straight face. She could not stop laughing at my response and run tactic. I will miss you Robin!!!

Robin was most certainly a mentor to me and a dear friend. She provided me with wonderful advice and career opportunities. Mostly, we enjoyed a wonderful friendship and laughter. She loved her family fiercely and will be so missed by many of us. Until the very end, she lived with grace, humor and humility.

I'm sorry for your family's loss. I've known Robin nearly 30 years. She was a phenomenal mentor for me in my early 20's around the time I lost my mother. She was at times like a surrogate mother. I'm grateful and blessed I had an opportunity to work with her in the non-profit community. The example she provided will live with me the rest of my days. I still remember one of her favorite sayings "The decision we make, decide the life we live, to thine own self be true". She absolutely was one of the most authentic people I have encountered in my lifetime. She will be missed but her spirit will echo into eternity.

Robin filled the textbook definition of "a smile that could light up a room"...I am so very grateful I got to see her briefly in 2020 and her emails were always so witty and kind. From my family to yours - deepest condolences... Respectfully, Eric

I only met Robin in May of 2020, by way of email. And only in person on a Fall day this last September. I did not have the fortune of hearing her voice, but in the few short messages we exchanged, I was humbled and overwhelmed by her love of family, charismatic spirit.... and seemingly impossible grasp of peace. Her soul is very clearly a precious gift; I wish I knew Robin as her life long friends and family, but am grateful for a glimpse at genuine bravery.

Robin gave me my first real job at the YMCA in 95-96? She was a a great and fun boss to work for and really taught me work ethic and interpersonal skills at work. I remember pranking her office at the YMCA and Big Brother Big Sisters. She was such a fun person to be around. I'm so sorry for your loss. -Mark Ducoff

The Robin I know faced her illness with so much courage and grace. She was always more concerned with those she knew she would have to leave here than with herself. What a wonderful force of life and kindness while she lived among us. Rest in peace beautiful friend. Your family and friends lovingly release you from this world--but you will be missed everyday .

Robin was one of my first friends in Colorado Springs some 30+ years ago. We worked together for many years. She took me under her wing and she challenged me to do my best. She was a ray of sunshine on cloudy days. She brightened any room the minute she walked into it. After her diagnosis, she continued to be a light, putting her illness aside for others. May you rest in peace friend. Your spirit and grace live on through all the people you touched.

Where do I start? Mrs. Rogers was always like another mom to me. Miranda, remember when we would do all of our crazy things as kids, from pretending to be cats to being "spies"? She just let us be weirdos and sometimes joined in the fun. She even let us fingerprint her when we were spies and we had dusted the house for prints looking for suspects! From when we were kids, to even vegging out on the couch watching movies (or playing Mario kart) as adults, I was always treated as family. One of our last ladies outings to a little Mexican restaurant will be cherished always. Mrs. Rogers, you have, and always will be, a ray of light in my life. Thank you for you laugher and love all of these years.

I have many memories of Robin and Steve from our college days together, both in the gym while we practiced and competed in gymnastics or as friends when Steve and I were roommates both in the dorm and later in a shared apartment. I just remember that those were such good times and even after Robin and Steve started dating, they never made me feel like a third wheel, even though I didn't have a steady girlfriend at the time. We were the "three amigos!" Robin was an amazing person and I will miss her infectious laugh and keen wit. She ran her race and finished exceedingly well. Godspeed, Robin. ❤️

Robin was a beautiful person and great friend. We had fun while working at the PPA (can't forget Rhonda in the 3 Amigos). You will be missed but your body free. Dance with the wind and hope to hear that beautiful laugh in the wind.
