Obituary of Faith Ann Worthey Brandt

Faith Ann Worthey Brandt of Colorado Springs, Colorado, died January 27, 2021 in Colorado Springs. She was born to Raymond Worthey and Gloria Worthey in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Faith attended high school at Coronado High School and graduated in 1974. She worked as an Avon Representative for fifteen years. She received the Presidents Club Award and was involved in raising her family. She also loved to knit for people and she collected dolls. Faith enjoyed playing bingo and designing cards. Faith loved all her family; son, daughter-in-law, grandkids, nieces and nephews, and siblings. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Gloria Worthey; and five babies in miscarriage. Faith is survived by her husband, James Brandt of Colorado Springs; her children, Stephen and Mathieu Burton; her older sister, Linda (Bolling) Worthey and Linda's husband, Joe Bolling; her brothers, Michael and his wife, Linda Worthey, Mark and his wife, Deborah Worthey, and Patrick and his wife, Tammy Worthey; and five amazing grandchildren. Faith had a sense of humor like no one you will ever know. Something she would say when getting her sodas and tell you she was thirsty not dirty. She disliked drinking water. Her youngest grandchild, MaryJane Burton, was her bestie. Faith always kept her promises. She promised her grandson, Brandon Newland, she would send him to Disneyland for his 10th birthday, and she did it. She had one of the biggest hearts of any one person. She was always there to help someone in need even if it would put her out, or that she would go without something. Faith's husband was her whole world. He stayed by her side day in and day out. When she got the news of the lung cancer, she didn't let it bring her mood down. Faith was a woman who would love everyone, she was a woman who laughed and made others laugh with her popsicle jokes, and she lived her life to the fullest never giving up.
